Client Liaison Officer (JHB)

Our client is a leading South African meat wholesaler supplying meat and other food products to sectors of the hotel, restaurant, and hospitality industries. They are looking for a Client Liaison Officer to join their Johannesburg team.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel
• Conducting business reviews to ensure the client is satisfied with their products and services
• Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients
• Letting customers know about other products the company offers
• Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts
• Achieving client relationship targets and KPIs set by the Commercial Director
• Working closely with Sales Representatives
• Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients
• Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews
• Updating management and ensuring sales representatives are aware of changes within clients
• Passing leads to the sales team and following up on progress

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS :

• Matric

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED :

• 2 - 3 Years marketing experience within an FMCG environment
• Valid driver's license + own transport (non-negotiable)
