Job Specification: Client Liaison Officer

1. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel.
2. Conducting business reviews to ensure client satisfaction with their products and services.
3. Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.
4. Informing customers about other products the company offers.
5. Attending meetings with clients to strengthen relationships with existing accounts.
6. Achieving client relationship targets and KPIs set by the Commercial Director.
7. Working closely with Sales Representatives.
8. Escalating and resolving areas of concern raised by clients.
9. Conducting client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
10. Updating management and ensuring sales representatives are aware of changes within clients.
11. Passing leads to the sales team and following up on progress.
