Job description

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Gather and communicate client feedback to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist the sales team in onboarding new clients and facilitating a seamless transition.
  • Monitor client accounts, track key performance indicators, and ensure customer retention and growth.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during client engagements.
  • Communicate well between sales team, analysts and clients
  • Provide required information and documents to clients.
  • Provide support and assistance to other management teams.
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Assist in Maintaining Management Documentation
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone / email.
  • Ensure all documentation and communication are done according to company’s quality management system policies and procedures
