Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in Field Sales or Call Centre environment.
• Experience in insurance/financial services is advantageous.
• Matric/NQF4 and finance-related credentials.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to highlight features and benefits of products based on financial wellness needs.
• Sell products by conducting affordability analyses to help clients achieve financial goals.
• Provide financial advice aligned with engagement strategy to enhance clients' financial wellness.
• Capture client information and sales on the systems accurately.
• Complete administrative and reporting requirements within agreed timeframes.
• Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders and ensure service levels.
