Job summary

Placements24 seeks an AI Solutions Engineer to join a client-facing team in Kimberley, South Africa. You will understand client needs, architect and implement AI solutions, and demonstrate capabilities to drive business value.

You will work hands-on with AI technologies, platforms, and tools, delivering tailored solutions and compelling demonstrations for diverse clients. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential in this fast-evolving field.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
3+ years in a technical role such as solutions engineer, pre-sales consultant, or implementation specialist with exposure to AI/ML.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and use cases across industries.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
Experience with Python for scripting or data analysis is beneficial.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and technical environments.
Design and configure AI/ML solutions tailored to client-specific use cases.
Build and deliver demonstrations and PoCs of AI capabilities.
Provide technical expertise during implementation and integration phases.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to feedback from client engagements.
Stay up-to-date with advances in AI and ML technologies.
