Santam is seeking a Client Engagement Adviser (Retention) to join the Client Engagement Team in our Tygervalley, Cape Town offices. The role focuses on retaining clients, delivering value, and achieving targets through persuasive engagement and excellent service.

Key responsibilities include addressing unpaid debit orders, reinstating policies, educating clients on product features, and driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities while meeting monthly KPIs.

Qualifications

• RE Qualification is required.
• FAIS compliance (150 credits) is required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Personal Lines insurance: Retentions.

Responsabilités

• Retain clients by applying persuasive skills to address needs.
• Engage with clients with unpaid debit orders to create retention opportunities.
• Reinstate cancelled policies using effective persuasion.
• Provide exceptional service to address inquiries and maintain client retention.
• Educate clients on Santam Direct features, billing, and services.
• Meet monthly KPIs and follow workforce management protocols.
• Drive marketing campaigns through upselling and cross-selling.
• Research pricing and policy options to offer suitable comparisons.
• Perform additional duties as required.
