Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Engagement Executive located in the City of Cape Town, with some work from home flexibility. The Client Engagement Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling account management, driving customer satisfaction, and executing sales strategies. Daily tasks will include communication with clients, consulting to understand client needs, and providing solutions and support to ensure overall client success and satisfaction.
