Are you a communication wizard with a passion for building strong client relationships? Our client, a leading international consumer goods company, is seeking a dynamic Client Engagement & Communications Supervisor to join their team.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll be the driving force behind effective and engaging communication with clients, distributors, and internal stakeholders. You’ll play a vital role in supporting the sales team, managing promotional campaigns, and ensuring seamless execution of events and initiatives.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Client Communication Champion: Develop and execute communication strategies to keep clients informed about promotions, events, and product launches.
• Campaign Maestro: Plan, execute, and measure the success of promotional campaigns across various channels, including SMS, digital, and print.
• Event Extraordinaire: Coordinate and manage national and regional distributor events, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for attendees.
• Digital Content Creator: Maintain and update the company website, ensuring accurate and engaging content.
• Communication Channel Expert: Explore new communication technologies and develop innovative ways to reach clients and internal stakeholders.
• Team Leadership: Supervise the events coordinator and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

We’re looking for someone with:

• A relevant degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a sales or marketing environment, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
• A creative mindset and a passion for developing engaging content.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, as well as experience with design platforms and email marketing software.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
