Are you a communication wizard with a passion for building strong client relationships? Our client, a leading international consumer goods company, is seeking a dynamic Client Engagement & Communications Supervisor to join their team.

POSITION INFO :

Client Engagement and Communications Supervisor (Southern Africa)

In this fast-paced role, you will be the driving force behind effective and engaging communication with clients, distributors, and internal stakeholders. You will play a vital role in supporting the sales team, managing promotional campaigns, and ensuring seamless execution of events and initiatives.

Here's what you'll do :

  1. Client Communication Champion: Develop and execute communication strategies to keep clients informed about promotions, events, and product launches.
  2. Campaign Maestro: Plan, execute, and measure the success of promotional campaigns across various channels, including SMS, digital, and print.
  3. Event Extraordinaire: Coordinate and manage national and regional distributor events, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for attendees.
  4. Digital Content Creator: Maintain and update the company website, ensuring accurate and engaging content.
  5. Communication Channel Expert: Explore new communication technologies and develop innovative ways to reach clients and internal stakeholders.
  6. Team Leadership: Supervise the events coordinator and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

We're looking for someone with :

  1. A relevant degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  2. 4+ years of experience in a sales or marketing environment, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
  4. A creative mindset and a passion for developing engaging content.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, as well as experience with design platforms and email marketing software.
  6. Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

You'll also need :

  1. A deep understanding of direct selling and distribution channels.
  2. Experience in planning and executing promotional campaigns.
  3. The ability to analyze data and measure campaign performance.
  4. A strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
