POSITION INFO :

Position : 365 Senior Technical IT Specialist

Industry : IT

Salary : Market Related

Key Responsibilities :

  • Minimum 3-5 years focused on Office 365 as well as desktop support.
  • Senior Technical Support role.
  • Great growth opportunities based on performance.
  • Provide support and perform maintenance within client organizations' computing environment utilizing Endpoint Management technologies.
  • Manage, provide support on, and maintain client Microsoft 365 environments including services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
  • Troubleshoot problematic areas using onsite visits, telephone, email, or support.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Provide professional and proactive administration for Microsoft 365 and related applications available in the Azure platform.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment, and software.
  • Perform independent analyses, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Work with little supervision and require initiative and judgment.
  • Progress/close incidents to satisfactory conclusions on the incident system.
  • Work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems.
  • Provide mentorship and training to co-workers.
  • Other duties as required.
  • 4-5 years’ experience with Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 7/8, and MS Office 2016-2021.
  • Experience supporting MacOS.
  • Experience with N-Able products including N-Central, Cove Data Protection, and Mail Assure.
  • Experience with Office 365, Exchange Hybrid Configuration, SharePoint, Teams, and other Office 365 applications.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of existing and emerging Microsoft 365 core technologies.
