Client Care Consultant-Outbound

We are looking for dynamic and driven individuals to join our Client Care Outbound team as Specialised Client Liaisons. This is a telephone-based position focused on maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients. Attention to detail, accuracy, and a passion for service are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Calling clients before their skincare products are dispatched.
2. Performing other ad hoc client calls and administrative duties as required.
