Learn more at will you be doing?Based in South Africa, you will be working as part of the Circana APAC (Australia-based) Data Release (Client Delivery) team.

The Client Analyst role supports the Client Delivery team in attaining high levels of client satisfaction by ensuring the build, maintenance and dispatch of databases, reports and online services to Circana Clients.

You will partner closely with the CPG Manufacturer & Operations teams to understand and meet client needs.

The work involves impeccable planning, active communication and the execution of all contracted deliverables on time and to the quality standard as defined in the client contract.

You will continually seek opportunities to improve processes and standards to realise efficiency and quality improvement objectives.Job ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain and produce client databases and data models to specification and delivery timeline.Ensure database accuracy by reviewing data in accordance with Circana standards and processes.Manage and implement BAU projects and client change requests.Understands data flow processes to scope change requests and resolve data queriesManage and takes accountability for client portfolioBecome the Subject Matter Expert for your client portfolioExhibit good problem diagnosing (Root Cause Analysis) and trouble shooting skills and drive the resolution and communication of solutions on your clients' deliverables .Consistently maintain team capacity and daily management system trackers and participate in team planning and prioritisation in DMS meetings.Identify and drive improvement initiatives for your clients and your vertical .Internal Collaboration : Partner with CPG and / or Client Servicing teams to ensure the delivery of accurate databases within specified deadlinesCommunicate and partner with CPG / Tech / Operations to resolve any issues impacting the client deliverablesEnsures that all client artefacts are kept up to date and in orderInitiates preventative measures and Go To Green plans to improve client satisfaction issues and overall quality of processes, projects and productsMeasures of SuccessAble to effectively work independently and collaboratively to deliver on client requirements accurately and on-timeShowcase high levels of attention to detail and is quality obsessedWilling to put in time and effort required to achieve goalsPrioritises workload and consistently meets defined deadlinesWorks to remove barriers to collaboration while balancing the interests of multiple stakeholdersBuilds trust with local & global colleagues by having long-term view working relationshipsAble to gain support, including time and resources, towards solving client satisfaction and delivery issuesRequirementsAbility to start work from 7 : 00 am to enable team meetings and handovers with APAC teams.Associate's degree (e.g.
