  • Key Responsibilities
    • Identify, target, and acquire new clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their recruitment needs.
    • Develop and present customized recruitment proposals and solutions to clients.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

    • Track and report on client acquisition metrics and sales performance.
    • Attend industry events and conferences to network and represent the company.
  • Qualifications and Experience

    • Proven track record of acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
