Job description

Client Acquisition Manager – Melrose Arch, Johannesburg.

Join a rapidly scaling SaaS company that’s transforming how local and international businesses manage and automate employee share incentive plans.

As a Client Acquisition Manager, you will drive outbound sales, lead business development campaigns, engage with decision-makers, and play a key role in expanding the company’s international client base. You’ll work closely with a young, ambitious team, receive hands-on product training, and gain direct exposure to senior leadership and complex financial platforms.

Salary: R60,000 – R70,000 per month + commission.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12, or equivalent
  • Completed Degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Engineering, or a related field, with strong academic performance.
  • Must be a Qualified CA(SA), CFA Level 2/3, or Product Specialist.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or tech-enabled services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify global client opportunities through strategic outreach.
  • Generate and qualify leads.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Plan daily schedules to maximise outreach to key decision-makers
  • Deliver outbound campaigns, secure meetings, and present tailored demos.
  • Lead proposal and RFP processes, support pricing negotiations.
  • Close deals and ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Partner with internal teams to provide product feedback and improve functionality.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and track progress against sales goals.
