Client Account Mgmt Associate

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to support our team in managing client relationships and executing digital marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities:

3. Administrative tasks: Manage documentation, prepare reports, and maintain organized records of client interactions and project details.
4. Meeting participation: Attend client and internal meetings, taking detailed notes and disseminating action items to relevant parties.
5. Quality Assurance: Review deliverables for accuracy and quality before they are shared with clients.
6. Billing support: Assist in preparing cost estimates and sharing them with clients.

Qualifications

• Tertiary Qualification in Marketing, Communications or Business.
• Previous experience or internships in a marketing or agency environment is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
