Clerk Transfer

The purpose of the Bread Transfer Controller is to ensure that the crates with bread are transferred from Production to Distribution according to quality and quantity requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure crates are stacked with bread from slicing.
2. Follow strict rules of SOP regarding transfers of bread.
3. Check and ensure correct dating of all SKUs.
4. Attend daily Invocoms and meetings.
5. Ensure that quality bread is packed correctly on trays.
6. Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures.
