Clerk Time & Attendance.

Murray & Roberts Cementation invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of Clerk Time & Attendance to be placed in Zibulo NS Decline Development, Mpumalanga.

The successful candidate will report to the Site Administrator. The company will provide remuneration and benefits relevant and appropriate to the position.

Preference will be given to Historically Disadvantaged South African (HDSA) candidates. Applications are only open to South African Citizens / Permanent Residents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

1. Receive, process and complete all T&A related documentation timeously and accurately.
2. Assist with HR site administration as required.
3. Update the T&A system with transfers, leave, licenses, etc.
4. Generate daily labour reports and submit timeously to relevant stakeholders.
5. Effective self and team management in alignment with M&R values and leadership initiatives.

Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills:

1. Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent.
2. Relevant Office / Human Resources / Administration Certificate at NQF 5.

Suitable candidates must have the following work experience:

1. At least 1 year of time and attendance and/or relevant HR experience, preferably in a mining/construction environment.
