Job description

TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Clerk (Admin) Mkondo Mill, within the Grain Division at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Invoicing of Sales & Purchase Contracts
• Ensuring all contracts are sent to clients and follow up on outstanding signed contracts
• Capturing and updating of transport orders
• Capturing and processing of company and stock orders
• Filing and control of documents
• Month – end reconciliations
• Stock Balancing
• Assist in any admin duties related to Grain

Qualifications and Skills

• Matric / Grade 12 (Mathematics and Accounting as subjects will be an advantage)
• Computer literate (experience on AS400 system will be an advantage)
• At least 3 years' admin related experience (experience in debtors and creditors)
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Must be able to comply with deadlines
• Must have own transportation
