Job summary

Empact Group in Durban seeks a Facilitator (Trainer) Assessor & Moderator Cleaning to lead Learnership training, assess and moderate learnerships, and oversee on-the-job coaching to develop the skills and competencies required by the organisation.

The role requires Matric, ODET certificate advantageous, SSETA assessor/moderator registration, cleaning qualifications, own vehicle, strong planning and people-management skills, and willingness to travel and work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Matric is required, ODETD certificate is advantageous.
• Registered as Assessor/Moderator with SSETA across specified SAQA IDs.
• Hygiene and cleaning qualifications with practical industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve facilitation, assessment, moderating and other targets.
• Collaborate with training partners to meet training standards and criteria.
• Attend stakeholder meetings and deliver training to employees and learners.
• Devise lesson plans and schemes of work; maintain training records.
• Prepare for and facilitate learning, conduct assessments, post-course evaluations and write reports.
• Maintain accreditation/registration with quality assessment partners and stay updated on best practices.
