Job summary

Tsebo Solutions Group is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and ensure highest standards of hygiene and service within luxury hospitality environments.

The role requires strong supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping, excellent people skills, and the ability to schedule staff, monitor compliance, and communicate effectively with clients and team members. This is a full-time on-site position in Durban.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping leadership is preferred.
• Strong people and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage rosters, safety and standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff rosters, task allocation, and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company standards Conduct inspections of rooms and public areas
