Qualifications

Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and motivate a team of janitorial staff to ensure high-quality cleaning services.
Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and work assignments.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure standards are met and identify areas needing attention.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.
Enforce safety regulations and ensure proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Address any cleaning-related issues or concerns raised by building occupants or management.
