SUMMARY :

Our client, a longstanding company with over 50 years of industry experience, seeks your contract management expertise to oversee daily operations. You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards of the organisation's deliverables in line with site-specific SLAs by managing client relations, staff, and performing cleaning and equipment inspections.

POSITION INFO :

Minimum Job Requirements :

  • Matric qualification.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar environment at middle management level.
  • Experience managing a large staff complement and a substantial client portfolio.
  • Relevant operations and people management experience.
  • Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle.

Specialist Skills and Knowledge :

  • Understanding of cleaning principles and company policies.
  • Knowledge of staffing schedules and task allocation to meet site-specific SLAs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of industrial relations.
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills.

Key Performance Areas :

Reporting to : Operations Manager or Divisional Manager

  • Operations and Service Delivery : Manage relief staff, ensure work schedules, open new sites, maintain service standards, build client relationships, adhere to cleaning methodologies, manage assets, and conduct training.
  • Communication : Attend client meetings, respond promptly to requests, and inform management of contract issues.
  • Staff Management : Allocate staff, handle payroll, manage HR and IR issues, and conduct performance appraisals.
  • Health and Safety : Comply with OHS Act requirements and company policies.
  • Finance : Manage leave, ensure billing accuracy, collect debts, approve capital expenditures, and order supplies within budget.
  • General : Maintain morale, attend meetings, implement initiatives, and stay updated on company policies.
