• Regular cleaning of offices/premises including mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
• Stock management of cleaning supplies and kitchen refreshments.
• Serving tea and coffee as required and maintaining cleanliness.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Carry out regular cleaning of the offices/premises including but not limited to; - Clean, wash, sweep, vacuum, dust, sanitize and mop all designated areas as per the schedule or as directed to maintain a good image and health standards - Washing dishes as well as kitchen napkins, floor rags and dusters - Empty all dustbins daily and dispose of the waste in the designated areas - Cleaning refrigerators, microwaves, kettles, watercoolers and all kitchen equipment - Cleaning of office spaces on a regular basis or as and when required
• Refilling and restocking cleaning supplies (hand wash, toilet paper, paper towels etc.)
• Checking stock levels of cleaning supplies (handwash, detergents, toilet paper etc.) and refreshments (tea, sugar, milk etc.) and initiating orders for replenishment with Management
• Daily inspection of designated area and completion of the checklist/register
• Serving tea/coffee/replenishment's (as required)
• Maintain tidiness of offices and premises
• Assist with ad hoc duties as and when required
  
  

Qualifying Experience

• Matric/Grade 12
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of acceptable cleaning and hygienic practices
• Knowledge of the usage and safe handling of standard cleaning chemicals and supplies
