To administrate claims on service plans, maintenance plans and warranties.

The role requires you to administrate claims on service plans, maintenance plans, and warranties.

Are you someone who can:

• Administrate and control claims
• Interact positively with groups or teams and participate in a learning and growth culture where information is actively shared
• Document and load all repair quotes onto client policy or contract
• Produce high-quality work by adhering to predefined standards and procedures and in accordance with compliance and governance standards
• Contribute to a culture of service excellence, which builds positive relationships and provides opportunities for feedback and exceptional service
• Act responsibly with work-related resources to contribute to cost containment
• Continuously assess own performance through seeking timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate
• Identify and utilise opportunities to assess and improve own performance
• Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and adhere to processes and procedures related to the area of specialisation
• Communicate all claims and queries to customers

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

• Have a Red Seal Certificate
• Have 2 to 3 years’ experience
• Insurance experience is advantageous
