  • Matric – a tertiary qualification is advantageous.
  • Claims experience – at least 1 year in a similar insurance / claims administration role.
  • Professionalism – excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in client interactions.
  • Tech-ready – able to manage email, phone queries, and digital tracking systems.
  • Driver’s license & own transport – advantageous.
  • Flexibility – open to working extended hours when required.
