Your Responsibilities :
- Client Support – Register insurance claims, gather documentation, and provide clear, timely updates.
- Claims Processing – Track claims efficiently, liaise with providers, and ensure resolution in line with industry standards.
- Compliance & Quality – Ensure all actions adhere to company policy and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
What You Need :
- Matric – a tertiary qualification is advantageous.
- Claims experience – at least 1 year in a similar insurance / claims administration role.
- Professionalism – excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in client interactions.
- Tech-ready – able to manage email, phone queries, and digital tracking systems.
- Driver’s license & own transport – advantageous.
- Flexibility – open to working extended hours when required.
