What Youll Do :

• Minimise claims expenses and general costs effectively.
• Deliver accurate professional and timely communication to all stakeholders ensuring client satisfaction.
• Build lasting relationships with clients account executives and insurers.
• Manage endtoend claims administration including receiving notifications appointing assessors and applying policy terms.
• Maintain uptodate records and ensure seamless claims resolution.
• Actively contribute to improving processes team performance and client satisfaction.
• Detect and report potential fraud or misrepresentation.

Requirements

What Youll Need : Qualifications :

Matric (or equivalent)

• RE 5 certification
• FAIScompliant qualification or credits
• Computer proficiency (CIMS knowledge is advantageous)

Skills :

Exceptional verbal and written communication

• Strong analytical and organizational abilities

Experience :
