Role Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused and results-driven Call Center Agent with experience in handling inbound and outbound calls and processing or supporting insurance, healthcare, financial, or customer service-related claims. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, managing claims-related queries, providing timely resolutions, and maintaining high service standards.
