Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the sales development team, coordinate tasks, and ensure collaboration with relevant teams.
- Qualifications: Grade 12 / Matric or Senior Certificate; Diploma in Business Management or Administration.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a similar administrative role.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Business Management or Administration (advantageous).
- At least 3 years’ experience in administration within a project environment.
- Experience with consolidating and preparing input for planning purposes.
- Experience in managing telesales promotions, deal planning, and vendor account administration.
- Proficiency with administrative data management and reporting.
- Ability to optimize processes and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Team Management
- Set objectives and facilitate team performance.
- Lead and motivate team members, managing performance and standards.
- Knowledge of medical products and operational customer service skills.
Special Conditions
- South African Citizen.
- Clear criminal and credit record, MIE clearance.
- Driver’s license and reliable transport.
