We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused individual to oversee and coordinate civil site activities for fibre infrastructure installations. This dual role combines site inspection and stakeholder liaison, ensuring that all civil works are delivered to the required standards, within deadlines, and in alignment with local regulations.

  • Matric (Grade 12).
  • 2+ years’ experience in civil works inspection or liaison, preferably in fibre projects.
  • Solid understanding of trenching, ducting, and reinstatement processes.
  • Familiarity with municipal regulations and wayleave procedures.
  • Administrative competence, including report writing and record keeping.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Matric (Grade 12).
  • 2+ years’ experience in civil works inspection or liaison, preferably in fibre projects.
  • Solid understanding of trenching, ducting, and reinstatement processes.
  • Familiarity with municipal regulations and wayleave procedures.
  • Administrative competence, including report writing and record keeping.

Preferred Attributes:
  • Experience in FTTH/FTTB rollouts.
  • Knowledge of health and safety compliance on construction sites.
  • Basic GIS or digital reporting tool proficiency.
  • Bilingual communication skills (English and Afrikaans beneficial).
