Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and familiarity with GIS platforms
• Strong understanding of stormwater management, road design, and land development principles
• Experience preparing planning submissions and engaging with municipal authorities
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and detailed designs for urban infrastructure, including road networks, stormwater management systems, and public amenities
• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and traffic impact analyses for new urban development projects
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents for civil works components of urban planning projects
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, urban planners, architects, and landscape designers to ensure integrated project solutions
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and local authorities to obtain necessary approvals and permits for development projects
