About the Role

Our client seeks a talented Civil Engineer with a specialization in Structural Design to join their Polokwane office, operating under a hybrid work model. You will be instrumental in the structural analysis and design of various infrastructure projects, including buildings, bridges, and other structures. Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design calculations for various civil engineering structures.
• Develop detailed structural drawings, specifications, and reports using CAD and structural analysis software.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant South African National Standards (SANS) and building codes.
• Collaborate with architects, other engineering disciplines, and project managers.
• Conduct site inspections and provide construction support as needed.
• Review contractor submittals and respond to site queries.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and cost estimates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with a focus on Structural Engineering.
