You will lead design efforts, perform traffic modeling, assess environmental impacts, and supervise construction activities, interfacing with clients and authorities across project stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in road and highway engineering design and project management.
• Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration with ECSA is required.
• Proficiency in road design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, MXRoads, or similar.
• Experience with traffic modeling and transport planning principles.
• Strong understanding of pavement design, materials, and construction techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of road and highway infrastructure projects, including alignment, geometric design, and pavement design.
• Conduct traffic studies, capacity analysis, and environmental impact assessments.
