Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; professional registration (Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng) is a prerequisite.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in municipal infrastructure design and project management.
• Demonstrated experience in managing road construction, stormwater management, or water/sanitation projects.
• Proficiency in relevant civil engineering software and project management tools.
• Thorough understanding of municipal planning processes and public sector procurement.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
