Requirements :
- BSc or BTech in Civil Engineering
- 5 or more years experience in infrastructure development and township developments
- Experience working in the consulting engineering sector

- Commercial Retail
- Commercial Industrial
- Commercial Offices
- Residential (both commercial and government clients)
Duties and Responsibilities include :
- Preliminary and detailed design of Civil Engineering Services: Roads, Stormwater, Water, Sewer
- Client liaison for both commercial and governmental projects, including appointment, scope, and professional fees negotiations
- Design conceptualization and development
- Cost and progress reporting
- Project close-out, invoicing, and payment
- Liaison with professional team members: Architect, Quantity Surveyor, Electrical Engineer, Environmental, Health and Safety, etc.
- Design conceptualization and development
- Review of reports: Civil Engineering Scheme, Traffic, Stormwater Management, Floodline
- Project procurement: Tender drawings, Bills of Quantities, Tender documentation, advertising, adjudication, and contractor appointment management
- Project implementation and contract administration: Site meetings, contractual matters, cost control, scope and quality management, effective communication, and record keeping
