Requirements :

• BSc or BTech in Civil Engineering
• 5 or more years experience in infrastructure development and township developments
• Experience working in the consulting engineering sector

Duties and Responsibilities include :

• Preliminary and detailed design of Civil Engineering Services: Roads, Stormwater, Water, Sewer
• Client liaison for both commercial and governmental projects, including appointment, scope, and professional fees negotiations
• Design conceptualization and development
• Cost and progress reporting
• Project close-out, invoicing, and payment
• Liaison with professional team members: Architect, Quantity Surveyor, Electrical Engineer, Environmental, Health and Safety, etc.
• Design conceptualization and development
• Review of reports: Civil Engineering Scheme, Traffic, Stormwater Management, Floodline
• Project procurement: Tender drawings, Bills of Quantities, Tender documentation, advertising, adjudication, and contractor appointment management
• Project implementation and contract administration: Site meetings, contractual matters, cost control, scope and quality management, effective communication, and record keeping
