The ideal candidate holds a Pr Eng, has 10+ years in civil design, and demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills to drive excellence across Gauteng projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years in civil engineering design, incl. 3 years in design management.
• Pr Eng registration is essential.
• Expertise in CAD and BIM software and their application in civil design.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of roads, water and drainage disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the civil design team, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of design packages.
