Job Responsibilities

• Support the broader region, including supervising advisors and contractors.
• Integrate with the civil engineering and design functions globally.
• Develop and expand technical infrastructure and processes to optimize civil designs.
• Optimize civil layouts and related designs for ESA projects (Wind, PV, Storage, PtX).
• Execute civil engineering design from development through to detailed design and operational phases.
• Contribute to employer requirements, construction contracts, RfPs, bid evaluations, and technical schedules.
• Support development of the civil design database: reports, drawings, bills of quantities, cost estimates, standards, and plans.
• Conduct field surveys for project planning and site evaluations.
• Collaborate with commercial teams on project budgets, timelines, and cost-effective design options.
• Engage with public authorities, communities, and government for permits and approvals.
• Make decisions on civil engineering matters within management authority.
• Gather and share information regarding civil engineering requirements.
• Represent ENERTRAG in industry forums and stakeholder engagements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Civil or related), Construction, or similar.
• 0-2 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in civil planning, layouts, GIS, AutoCAD, and infrastructure design.
• Knowledge of local standards and codes.
