Qualifications

• Grade 12 and a relevant degree are required.
• At least 10 years' experience in commercial citrus production of a similar scale.
• Senior management responsibility within a meaningful citrus operation.
• Proven track record of agricultural performance.
• Evidence of improving yield, fruit quality, pack out, productivity and/or cost performance.
• Experience managing farm and production managers.
• Ability to manage meaningful operating budgets and financial performance.
• Familiarity with export citrus quality and market requirements.
• Fluency in Afrikaans or English.
