Qualifications

• Grade 12 and a relevant degree.
• 10 years of experience in commercial citrus production.
• Senior management responsibility within a meaningful citrus operation.
• Proven track record of improving yield, fruit quality, pack out, productivity and/or cost performance.
• Experience managing farm and production managers.
• Responsibility for meaningful operating budgets and financial performance.
• Familiarity with export citrus quality and market requirements.
• Fluent in Afrikaans or English.
