Cio (Chief Information Officer) Board Level - Legal Industry

The role is responsible for the provision of holistic IT services to the company. The role also identifies the Fund's network and technological strategic needs and objectives, provides a reliable up-time network, and ensures the protection of employer scalability.

Responsibilities

1. Participate in the formulation of the CLIENT's strategy
2. Compile the ICT strategy in line with the CLIENT's strategic requirements
3. Review and update the business continuity and disaster recovery plans
4. Monitor the digital workforce capabilities
5. Implement cyber security resilience aligned to best practices and CLIENT requirements
6. Assess strategic key areas for cloud migration
7. Support business and provide for CLIENT scalability
8. Monitor data quality and reliability
9. Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with business objectives and future growth plans
10. Oversee IT governance, compliance, and risk management, ensuring adherence to regulations
11. Manage IT service delivery, ensuring high-quality, timely solutions that meet business needs
12. Collaborate with business units to align IT demand and supply with organizational goals
13. Provide oversight of the IT budget, ensuring financial management and value optimisation
14. Lead digital transformation initiatives and architectural changes to drive business innovation
15. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
