Qualifications

• 15+ years IT experience.
• 8+ years in a managerial role.
• 5+ years in the Banking industry.
• Proven experience as CIO or similar leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic vision and leadership for IT initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Direct planning and implementation of enterprise IT systems to improve cost-effectiveness and service quality.
• Collaborate with Executive Leadership to develop IT strategy supporting business initiatives.
• Manage resources, budgets, and personnel to achieve strategic IT and business goals.
• Integrate acquired businesses' systems holistically into the Bank's environment.
• Oversee delivery of services within budget and schedules, resolving issues proactively.
• Drive operational efficiencies, control budgets, and improve SLAs to clients.
• Support extant systems, especially related to income, compliance, and risk management.
• Develop strategic roadmap for digital and data strategies, enhancing intercommunication.
• Lead vendor selection, negotiation, and management to optimize benefit-to-cost ratios.
• Foster strategic relationships with vendor partners for mutual success.
