Develop and enhance financial models that guide investment decisions and broader strategic planning

Prepare and communicate budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses that provide actionable insight

Ensure accurate and timely reporting for stakeholders and investors

Manage treasury operations, maintaining adequate cash flow to support business needs and transactions

Collaborate with executives on deal planning, funding approaches, and credit evaluations

Lead and support a small finance team, providing mentorship and guidance

Monitor financial risk areas including loan maturities, security releases, and settlement processes

Engage with agents to track and evaluate overall portfolio performance

Assist in HR-related functions, including admin support and recruitment activity

Requirements

The ideal candidate is CIMA qualified (ACMA, CGMA) and brings 5+ years of relevant experience in a FM type role within the financial services sector.
