ARVO in Cape Town is seeking a CIMA Finance Manager to lead day-to-day financial operations for a portfolio of complex clients, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting. This role requires strategic insight to help scale fast-growing digital businesses.

You will collaborate with internal teams and international clients in a hybrid setup, delivering robust financial guidance and supporting growth initiatives while communicating clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong financial management and budgeting expertise.
• Advanced Google Sheets and financial modelling skills.
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CA(SA) / CA(SA)-eligible / CGMA preferred.
• Experience working with online businesses (SaaS, ecommerce, agencies, creators) advantageous.

Overview

A fast-growing financial advisory firm supporting US-based online businesses is looking for a driven CIMA Finance Manager to join their Cape Town team.

This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, commercially minded, and excited to help scale high-growth digital businesses through strong financial management, modelling, and strategic insight.

About the Role

You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day financial operations for a portfolio of complex clients. This includes budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to leadership teams.

You’ll operate in a dynamic environment, working closely with both internal teams and international clients to improve performance and profitability.
