You will observe development milestones, promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth, maintain a safe environment, and communicate regularly with parents about progress and routines, adapting activities to each child’s needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare or as a childminder.
• Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities.
• Excellent observational and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• First Aid certificate is required or ability to obtain it.
• A clean criminal record check.

Responsibilities
