This role offers a hybrid working model, combining direct in-person childcare with remote administrative or planning duties. You will be responsible for the daily care, supervision, and developmental activities of children, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. The position requires a blend of hands‑on engagement with children and the ability to manage tasks such as parent communication, lesson planning, or record‑keeping remotely. Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and compassionate care for children aged 1-5 years.
