Desirable skills include an ability to work with parents and care for young children, awareness of child development and developmentally appropriate activities, effective verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work with diverse populations. This position will connect with youth and families, and internal staff. Reports to FYI Supervisor, or the on-duty Supervisor of the program the position is supporting. This position is nonexempt, hourly with a range of $19 - $24, DOQ. EOE.
