Placements24 is seeking a vigilant Child Protection Officer to join our client’s team in Kimberley. The role combines field investigations with remote administrative duties to safeguard children’s welfare and rights within the legal framework.

You will collaborate with law enforcement, social services, and community organizations to assess reports of abuse and implement protection plans, maintaining confidential case files and providing advocacy for children and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Law, Criminology, or related field.
• Proven experience in child protection, social work, or law enforcement investigations.
• Strong knowledge of child welfare laws and policies.
• Excellent investigative, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in report writing and case management systems.
