About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and insightful Child Development Consultant to provide expert guidance and support to families and educational institutions across Mossel Bay, Western Cape . Requirements

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Child Development, Developmental Psychology, Psychology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working directly with children in a consultative or therapeutic capacity.
• Proven expertise in developmental assessment tools and methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of child psychology, developmental theories, and common developmental challenges.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, especially in virtual settings.
• Strong ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients remotely.
• Proficiency in using video conferencing and other digital collaboration tools.
• A demonstrated passion for child advocacy and promoting healthy development.
• Professional registration with a relevant South African body (e.g., HPCSA) is advantageous.
