Qualifications

• Relevant qualification or experience in childcare, social work, or youth development.
• Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a residential setting.
• Strong understanding of child development, trauma-informed care, and child protection protocols.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and empathetic engagement.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure and manage challenging situations professionally.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to undergo necessary background checks and training.
