Our solutions harness Microsoft 365 capabilities and also integrates third-party technologies for function specific requirements where necessary, to create seamless, efficient and scalable tools. ROLE OVERVIEW

As our Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will help to shape our technology vision and will lead its execution. You will oversee all aspects of our technological infrastructure, ensuring that our solutions align with business objectives and market needs. As a detail-oriented thinker and hands-on leader, you will guide development, architecture, security, and integration efforts while fostering innovation and operational excellence. In support of LawLabz' start-up nature, you will also play a broader role in respect of our flagship products and key clients as product manager and client relationship manager respectively. You will be a member of the LawLabz Operational Committee.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute LawLabz' technology strategy in alignment with business goals and provide input into strategy development.

Information technology

• Oversee the architecture and development of practice management solutions using Microsoft 365 and the wider Microsoft ecosystem (such as PowerApps, Workflows and AI capabilities).
• Identify opportunities to integrate third-party software solutions for enhanced functionality.
• Ensure robust IT security, compliance, and data protection measures.
• Drive continuous improvement through emerging technologies and best practices.
• Ensure daily operation of LawLabz IT infrastructure and coordinate release schedule.
• Oversee use of IT budget, including assessing resource needs, prioritising initiatives and optimising spending to ensure that strategic goals are met.
• Ensure creation and maintenance of required technical documentation.
• Manage and lead internal and external technology teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine product roadmaps and development priorities.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Pro-actively and timeously report to the management team.
• Build and manage relationships with potential clients, from demo to deployment.

Product management
