As CTO, you will be responsible for all aspects of their technology infrastructure, including enterprise systems, applications, data security, and innovation. You will play a key role in driving digital transformation across the organization, ensuring that technology is aligned with their business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement a long-term technology vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals.
2. Oversee all aspects of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, network, and security.
3. Manage a team of IT professionals and ensure they have the skills and resources to meet the needs of the business.
4. Lead the development and implementation of new technologies and applications that improve efficiency, productivity, and innovation.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and partners.
6. Ensure the security and integrity of all company data and systems.
7. Develop and implement a disaster recovery plan.
